I had been through an extreme violent act against me and had been experiencing PTSD symptoms when

Smudging Testimonial for BTH....
The past several years had been extremely tumultuous. I had dealt with an assault, chronic illness, was laid off from my job, in an abusive relationship, financially unstable¦ virtually every area of my life was falling apart. I had hit the proverbial rock bottom¦ an understatement. I remained in some place that was stagnant. I realized I had become an emotional hoarder. I had tried to change my life on the outside in every way hoping for and anticipating positive results to no avail.
The toll this had continued to take on my physical mental health was enormous. That's when I found Bless This House and had my first consultation to establish my intention prior to my first blessing/smudging. My goals, desires, dreams and ambition flooded back as I began to clarify what I wanted to change and why. According to BTH, the only way to stop this vicious cycle was to clear the energy and apparent imprints? of those past negative experiences in my life which were holding my back. I used the BTH intention setting method to modify my thoughts. The blessing/smudging helped with the readjustment of the energy and they helped me get past all those traumas and begin to get past the negative energy associated with them.
To the areas of my life I had spent the last year complaining about, I used BTH intention setting agenda and modified the document for each area of my life that needed an energy cleansing or adjustment. The results after my blessing/smudging were remarkable and I could barely believe it myself. After ONE blessing/smudging, I began to notice a difference in my physical self, soreness gone, anxiety relieved. Suddenly I realized negative energy started backing out of my life and I was suddenly having some success in my work and positive energy entering. I had specifically noted this in my intention setting consultation.
I have been told I told I'm my myself? again. OR you light up the room?. People have asked me what I've done differently. BTH has helped me dust off and get to my strength I knew was hiding inside me. It's as if there was finally space/room in my energy/life for the benefits to enter and to reap and manifest the rewards of the new unobstructed, fresh positive energy I was basking in.
